Usually, the problem is with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader may be on
your computer, but it is not installed properly. You will need to re-install the
program. Click HERE
to download the latest version. Follow the directions precisely, and restart your computer when finished.
This is usually a memory problem. Try printing a couple pages at a time. Also, if you
are keeping back issues of the newspaper, that could be affecting the performance of
the computer and the printer. Trash them, empty the trash and restart your computer.
Also, check the performance of your computer. Do you have too many things starting up
and running at one time? If this doesn't solve your problem, try the solution below this one.
We are trying daily to see why a few continue to have problems. If you are having troubles,
here are some possible solutions to try. If none of these work, we suggest having an
on-site computer technician look at your system. They can better troubleshoot any problems
you are having.
- Make sure you are running the latest version on Adobe Acrobat. You can download it
for free HERE.
- Save the file to your computer before opening it. Windows user can right-click on
the link to download the paper. This will give you a popup menu. Choose the option that
says something like, "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..." This will allow you to save
the file to your computer. Remember the save location, and once the download has finished, go
to that location and open it by double clicking on the PDF icon. Mac users can do the same,
but instead of right-clicking, try holding down the Option key and then clicking on the
link to get the popup menu.
- If you are still having problems, please contact your computer technician. They can better
solve your problems by sitting at your computer.
The computer you are using must have some sort of firewall or security system installed.
This is common in school systems. Unfortunately, the phrases "4-you" and "2-you" can be
considered by many security systems as questionable and blocks the site. Contact the
"head" tech person in your district. Exceptions can easily be made.
This could be due to a setting in Acrobat. From the menu bar choose File - Print - Advanced. This will open
a dialog box with the printing options. Look for the "Print as image" selection and check the
box next to it. This usually corrects the problem.
This is another setting in the Acrobat printing options. It is trying to print the paper to a
file rather than the printer. Simply choose from the menu bar File - Print. With the print window
open look for the "Print to file" option and make sure it is NOT checked.

and print out a hard copy for futher distribution. Pricing for user licenses
can be found HERE.
We have many non-U.S. subscribers who access our U.S. Edition of the newspaper. We
require that these accounts be paid for in U.S. dollars. The cost of exchanging

effort to keep the final cost of all of our subscribers as low as possible.
